coacha, didn't Pogo say that?
As for choosing, if I get a rally shirt (vs a "plain shirt) I'll go with whatever you guys choose.

Hello DaBull ("the chosen one" :) )
I had already sent the SE round forum logo out to get vectorized (which cleans it up so that it is clear and not "pixelated looking"). I have that part ready to go. I will need the font name you have decided to wrap around the SE logo on the back of the shirt. I noticed that you are all voting on which you like best. I am assuming you want the small logo on the front without the rally info and the large on the back with the rally info wrapped around it. When I know this last detail, I will post the artwork. When approved I will be ready to print the shirts and fill all orders immediately. Thanks!............patty |

As we don't think we will get the minimum order of 50 for the black, it would appear that we are looking of going to the white and/or gray. You are correct...Small southeast logo front left. Large Logo on the rear with the rally info depicted. I used Old English Bold and think it looks good, was trying to keep it looking "german village"...if you have a better idea I am open to it:) Thank You for your help:) Derry Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Hello,
I have three artwork examples for the Helen Georgia 2009 Rally shirts for you all to consider. DaBull, please let me know which the group would like. If you'd like more choices, let me know. My plan is to print the Southeast Nomad small round logo only on the front left chest of shirt. The back would feature a large SE Nomad logo with the rally info wrapped around as in the following artwork. Alternatively, the front and back can be the same, small with rally info on front, large with rally info on back. I see some are still looking for black shirts. The problem you are up against is that most garment printers use screen printing to do black shirts. Your logo is a 7 color screen print, which means 7 separate screens have to be produced. Then the shirts are printed. Once they are printed, the screens are washed and reused. Each time they are set back up there is a set up charge. The set up charge is $70-$80 for the front and $70-$80 for the back. This cost is spread amongst the shirts ordered. Hence the more ordered, the less the cost of the shirts. The process that is used with the shirts I have had made is actually printed into the fibers of the shirt (not a layer on top as in screen printing). No screens=no cost for set-up. This is why I can offer no minimum order. This shirt printer prints only on light-colored shirts as it does not use white ink. Sample 1 - Smaple 2 - Sample 3 - I await the final decision on which font is chosen, then will be ready to print and ship! Yeah!.............Patty |

Patty, on sample 2, can you add gold/yellow highlighting to the text that is around the logo as was in the sample I posted? the black lettering is just a bit plain looking...
and what does shipping normally run for 1 and 2 shirt orders? THANK YOU:) |

When the voting starts, put me down for #2, especially if the outside info is highlighted or shadowed like DaBull was talking about.

Hello,
Here are the above samples outlined in yellow/gold and shaded in gray. The shipping will be exact USPS priority mail shipping (estimate $4.80 one, $7.20 two). I ship the package, then charge the card with the exact shipping charged at the Post Office. Patty Sample 1 Sample 2 Sample 3 |

I like the 3rd one mainly because of the capital h in Helen verse the lower case in the other two and the gold really makes all of them look better
