Vaquero Cargo/ Luggage Options

Just received my Luggage rack/backrest KQR. The backrest is so wide, most standard wrap around attachments will not fit. I used a board inside a bag, drilled holes to bolt it into the backrest on my last bike. But it was so permanent. I realize I have the KQR on this bike so maybe it is a viable option again, since I can remove it. But what have you done and send pics please. I like to park the truck in the riding weather and I do many grocery store runs.
