700 BILLION DOLLARS ?!?*&%^$

A bill that is almost 500 pages in length with enough pork fat to grease the skids and buy votes and these arrogant, ignorant people vote on it like they know what the hell they are doing. NONE of them could have read all 400 some pages. They make me sick. You and I are on the hook because these politicians wanted the problem to go away and they all got their pet projects financed. I am going to see how my senators and represesntatives voted on this and ANY of them that voted yes I am going to vote against. I don't care what political party they belong to. I'm tired of business as usuall. We all get screwed all the time and then we are told to vote them out. Well it is time that we do just that. VOTE THE BUMS OUT!!!!!!!!!

Damn straight!

The really sad part is in 38 days, most of them are going to be re-elected. It's sickening, really.

They don't have to be. Do you know how many of us are p*ssed off about this? We can throw them out. We can start a movement on the internet. I bet there are already others doing the same. The Boston Tea Party is going high tech.

Hell, I'm ready to vote no for every incumbent now. As far as I'm concerned, they blew it and they don't get to stay in DC. Could a fresh crop of people do any worse?

I hope this link works. Find out how your representative voted and hold them accountable. I already sent an honest email to Rep. Mike Simpson.

Thanks for the link. With over a billion dollars of pure pork added in, when we can get our bridges and other infrastructure fixed, I'm going to write down the yes votes in Colorado and vote against them.

I'm too new here to know much about the candidates, so this will make it easier.

I'm so p1ssed I can hardly think strait! Especially the r@t b@stards who changed their votes for a for a had out. WHERE THE HELL ARE THE CONVICTIONS? Did any of them run on a platform of "I'll change my vote to the highest earmark" "W" Thank You for keeping us safe from terrorist and for the gratuitous tax break but, how 'bout on your way back to Crawford stop by and ki$$ my a$$ bye. You and your daddy really bitch slapped the $hit out of me and the rest of your supporters while you kissed the asses of the likes of Ted Kennedy, Nancy Polosi and the sorry excuse press. I voted for him once and swallowed a horse turd and voted for him again. I WILL NOT RE-ELECT AN INCUMBENT! Thanks for letting me vent my red swollen spleen.

My house rep Latham voted it down twice, as did Steven King in the next district. The a$$hat Senator Chuck Grassley voted for it and to add insult to injury he basically said that American companies should adopt a japanese style of corporate governance in that if the wall streeters bowed in disgrace and asked for forgiveness, Americans would be ok in giving them 700 billion. Blood shot out of my eyes when I heard that. f'ing CS. If I could smack the butthole I would.

it's not as simple as rich and poor, but who has the power. We are getting played like pinocchio by the politicians and the press.
