Not a bad looking kit. I don't need one just yet.

I haven't seen the stats yet, but it is rumored that HD owners as they age are purchasing a certain 3 wheel alternative, evidently it has been a closely guarded secret. Kind of difficult to maintain the tuff guy image on 3 wheels. Now what was the name of that ugly.............

I rode a Nomad with a Tow Pac "Insta-Trike" kit and it rode just as good as my friends' California Side Car trike that cost over $12,000. The Insta-Trike only cost $3899 and can be put on or taken off in ten minutes or less. Nice ride. If I ever have to go that route it's the one I'll buy.

Kind of worthless on a Nomad as it doesn't appear you can open the bags. When I get that old, I'll just get a trike.

looks nice, but I notice no view from the rear low down. I'm just thinking three wheels across the rear would look weird.

When that point comes for me, I'll just drive my cars.

OR,......

Never say never! I'm not sure what I would resort to if I had an issue with holding the bike up.

It does. I've seen a couple of them on the road.

I was at an independent MC shop this summer and they had a Goldwing with a kit like that on it. They had just finished installing a new rear tire. they said they had to remove the kit to get the rear wheel off. said it was a hassle.

I commented too bad the guy put another MC tire on the rear as that was the perfect application for a car tire.
The mechanic looked at me for a few seconds and then said "Your right".

Three tires across the back does look kind of weird,

They do look a bit "weird" but they sure do ride nice. A bit of a hassle dealing with the state, at least Washington and about 8 others that don't consider them bikes, trikes or autos. I don't regret getting one...........

MTC Voyager does make some kind of "kit" for using the Nomad bags with it's kit. Don't have a clue what it is but the folks at MTC are very helpful.

I got a tow pac on my 07 nomad and so far I like it when riding 2up and trailer....and you can use the side bags...they open enough to get coats and stuff in....like I said so far it works ...may not be for everyone but bad ankle and hip I can still enjoy riding...Virg

Well, that leaves ME out... I'm wayyyyy beyond help! <G>
After installing carpet for 46 years I'm almost in line to do something like that.
Trikes are another thought but I'll hold out as long as I can to stay on 2 wheels.
I have Handicapped tags on all my vehicles, except the Nomad.

I have a deep problem with trikes... if your a female or handicapped I can see one, but the way all these yuppies are wanting to be bikers and buying them because they're too stupid to hold up a motorcycle really fries my eggs!!!!
