My original account had Doitl8r as my name. I used MikeInFla as my screen name. I wanted to change my account to MikeInFla again but it would not let me. I re registered with the the new name but I lost my post count and I was a southeast assistant.

Can you update my MikeInFla account or delete this one and change the name on doitl8r? Sorry for the mess.

You can't change your name, only an Admin can.

I joined up with the Vulcan Bagger Forum and I entered a new user name & password. etc a couple days ago. Then as I'm going through the forums I see most members retained their old user name, date of join, etc. How can I get the field reset to have my profile on Vulcan Bagger Forum reflect my activity from KawaNOW?

My KawaNOW user name was gary-o, I joined in June 23, 2009 and I had 275 posts.

My Vulcan Bagger user name is Garyo.

Ideally I'd like to go with my old user name of gary-o and have the email address adjusted to show the one in this Vulcan Bagger profile.

Can you help me out?

I just adjusted your name (as per Trip's request) to what you wanted it to display as just yesterday. The problem I see now though is, you created a new account instead of just requesting a new password for your original username. There was no need to create a new account. The instructions are clearly outlined here: http://www.vulcanbagger.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=24063

I suggest you request a new password for your original username, and then your profile will reflect everything from your original account. Let me know when you get it all sorted out, and then I'll delete your 'new' account.

Mike, please see the #51 post from BC RED Vaq. He asked for a name change on 5/5/12.

I talked with him several times before and after that date, through both PMs and email. We can only change names for people who a) were registered on the old forums, and b) their display name/login name were switched during our conversion from the old forum.
