Big Red, Thanks for the advise. Reading the blogs, I haven't heard much good spoken about the Bridgestones.

Loafer, I'll be riding up to Stowe for Labor Day weekend. Any roads that you can suggest in VT?

Welcome from a native CT guy transplanted in VA . . . The Kank rocks! Vermont . . . 100 is consistently one of the best rated ride roads around . . . having spent my college years in the Green Mountain State, I can tell you, most any paved road you find will give you an awesome ride!

Haven't been able to respond to your post. I've had pneumonia for the last couple of days. Will have to try to get down these before riding season ends.

Napom, I agree. 100 is the way to go. I'll suck it up and take I91 to get through Mass and then head on over at Brattleboro. I hope all you baggers can get in a long ride on this last weekend of summer.

Welcome from NY, Yes the stones like to follow the grooves!

Sorry I didn't see this sooner!!

If you go up 108 north through Smugglers Notch and follow into Jeffersonville. Turn left onto rt.15 west Cambridge is about 3 miles. After the village take a right onto rt.104 north St. Albans watch for rt. 7 north follow and take rt.78 west to rt.2 south. This will take you into the bigger cities in that region. Plenty of shopping and places to eat. Really wish I had seen this sooner.

100 to 108 to 15 to 104 to 7 to 78 to 2

Have a great time, pm sent on how to contact me, if you wish to.

Welcome from Eastern Iowa.
IMHO there are better tires than the 'stones...

Ride safe and enjoy!
