Loaf, No makers are very concerned with vehical life past 3 years. Volvo only cared for 11 and even that was just marketing hype. We never hear that old add anymore.
01 bikes are just free advertizing for the makers.... Used to be old beater chevy adds out too, showinhg old old beater chevy's, but no more. The way things are not after a vehical is 3 years old it's of not much use, as everything these days is based in the new image, and no matter how you twist, no old things are new.. Well of course we know that flat blacked out bikes which are new NOW, are just another old throw back to the 60's.... Ain't nuthin' really new.
