Off to the Hospital

Leaving for the University Med Center in Columbia, MO in just a little while. Going to have some out patient surgery done today. They say I should not have to stay over night but bring a bag just in case. Not worried about the surgery but dreading the recovery. I have already been told I will have a 10 pound weight limit for about 30 days. The grand-daughter is not going to understand why grandpa can't pick her up and hold her. Grandpa time is play time!

Oh well, get this done while the weather is crappy. I guess we will see how Liz's new truck does in the snow as Columbia got 8 to 9 inches over night.

Best wishes and a speedy recovery. Hey, make sure they don't cut off anything you might need later .
