I'm off to NYC for two weeks. I hope the snow stops soon.
I'll check in now and again.

I'mmmm baaaccckkk!!
Just thought I'd drop a line. I've been keeping half an eye on the site while I've been gone but I have to admit NYC took preference over KawaNOW. Sure a ton of stuff to do and see. I think we did it all too.
So what have I missed? It doesn't look like there has been much communication here on our board while I've been gone.

Welcome back Rick. What have you missed? Not much really.

Some of us have to work and I've been doing a lot of it recently.

How is the recovery?

E.

The "recovery" is what it is E.
I went to the Dr. and he said come back in 2 wks.. SOooo this work thing you speak of isn't happening for me for a while yet. I would be glad to have the knee back though, in a heart beat.

Good to see you made it back Rickyboy, hope that knee gets better for you. Maybe some riding would be good therapy?
Those WW sure look sharp, Lomax.
I managed to get in about 1000 km, in the last coupe of weeks.
We get a good day here and there in Calgary, can't wait until it warms up so I can go for a real scoot.

Thanks everyone for the "welcome back's". The Big Apple is quite the place. No shortage of things to and places to go. Nice place to visit but could never live in such a busy big city.

Thanks for the comments on the whitewalls. I sure hope I haven't made a mistake with them. After 3 short rides, they have some grease and oil on already and I've had to spend extra time scrubbing. I enjoy detailing but I hope this doesn't turn into a "clean after every ride" kinda deal. Ahhh, whatever, I think I'll go for a ride! :)

Lomax, good call, worry about this, worry about that.... take a ride and forget about it.

Great weather down here, hope you get some sun shine and blue skies also.

Cheers,

Elvis
