Good morning ! Suppose to be sunny with a high of +9 . Not bad , I've seen a couple of bikes out this weekend .

I've got a pot of coffee brewing and I'm going in the shop to install the new shocks on my bike . Hopefully everything goes smoothly and I can carry on shining her up for another summer debut .

Man , this has been a loooong winter !!!

Sunny and +13 today . I'll be in the shop today finishing up the bike for another year of riding . The roads are dry and still covered with gravel in some spots . I'll play it safe for a bit and wait for it to clear up a bit .

Thanks for asking! It's been 13 days since my gall bladder attack, the surgeon wants me to see a
cardiologists and have a stress test done. My primary doctor has run me through some
test to eliminate having all the test on the same day. I have appointments with the cardio
people on April 14 and 21, then back to the surgeon on the 28th. The surgeon wants me on a
special diet to try and shrink my liver for two weeks. My wife has been doing a great job with
a diet she has put together for me, so I won't have another attack.
Believe me when I say I am not happy with this time frame, but they are very competent people.
