Wisconsin Spring Mornings are chilly...

For the first ride to work on a new to me 2008 Vulcan Nomad 1600. Picked it up last Friday and got all the paperwork squared away earlier this week! Last owned a motorcycle in 2011 but since we purchased a house, had 2 kids, and life got busy. I had owned a 1982 Suzuki GS650L, 1988 Honda Shadow 800, 1994 Honda Shadow 1100, and a 1995 Honda Shadow 1100 ACE. I have been missing it for the past few years and figured it was time to get back into it.

We live in Northern Wisconsin near Minocqua, about 60 miles north of Wausau. Figured I'd say hello! Forums are a great resource for enthusiasts so I figured I'd join when when I got this bike! So far so good!

2008 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1600. 16,500 miles. Mostly stock besides the Batwing fairing. I also do have the original windshield.

Loaded on the trailer on the way home.
