New 06 Nomad

Hello all, I just became the proud owner of a 06 Nomad. I lucked out and found it. Have had a Kymco Venox for the last eight years. Just couldn't afford to buy another bigger bike till now. So far I am very pleased with the Nomad.

Congrats on the new bike mojo75. What color is it and did it have any extra stuff on it? Welcome from Minnesota.

Its solid black. It does have a pair of highway peg on the highway bars, but they are coming off. They cannot be tighten up enough to put my big feet on with out slipping. There are also deer warning whistles on the front fender. They too will be coming off. Other than that its stock.

Congrats on the bike!! It took me awhile to get my highway pegs adjusted right and now my feet are on them as soon as I take off in first gear!!

I didn't know what a Kymco Venox was, so I had to look it up. The Nomad is a big step up from that. Get good and comfortable with it before you start popping wheelies!

I knew for about 2 years that I really needed a bigger bike. I could almost pick the Venox off the ground by myself. Fun bike though. Will not be able to do that with the Nomad.
