90 degree stems
Just make sure you get the all metal stem. The rubber ones are too flexable and I'm afraid they might break off before too long!! Ive used both. No more rubber ones for me!

Just a word of caution, don't use the 90 degree stem if you are using dynabeads in your tires. You will be sorry every time you check your tire pressure.

My Honda ACE Tourer had a 90 degree stem and every time I checked the tire pressure, one of the beads would get stuck and not allow the valve to close back up. The second I put a straight stem on it, I never had another problem. Glad you guys haven't had any issues. I wasn't so lucky.

I put an aftermarket one from the dealership on my front one turned the rear one 180°. I have run dynabeads on both tires, now for almost 60,000 miles with no problem. If running the beads when checking tire pressure the valve stem should not be at the bottom to avoid that kind of issue.

When I was running the beads in my last set of tires I put a little air in before I checked the pressure to clear the valve.

Ok, thanks guys. I have beads in mine, they can get stuck in the original valve to if you are unlucky. I guess is the same with the 90 degree ones.

Been running the same Dynabeads for years, just scoop them out of the old tire and put them in the new tire. I like them much better than wheel weights, since I started using them, the tires last longer, and don't cup near as much.
