I've heard that the easiest fix is to take a couple inches out of the seat. should lower it enough to get her feet flat.

You could install folding pegs and mounts off a 1600 Classic. They're about 4 inchs higher but there also about 4 inchs further back so she would have to tuck her legs back. Not the most comfortable set up.
Other than that...tape some 4x4 blocks to the floor board???

Look at these http://www.kuryakyn.com/Products/584...ckable-Offsets
or you could try to adapt the Goldwing Transformer floorboards. but honestly I liked Silent Sams idea. Of course the Ex says I'm a pervert.

Hey! that was a lot like my "first bike" too!

Cept mine was made from a bicycle frame and a 4hp Briggs and Stratton lawnmower engine welded to frame with a belt to small back bike tire.
WE called them "doodlebugs", and the cops hated em, and chased us all around. This was around 1964. Damn we had a FUN on those things! But it seems the cops are still chasing me, some things dont change much, I guess, yes, still a kid at heart.................

Experiment using blocks of wood to change the height.
When you get the height figured out give Joe at Chucksters Customs a call and see what he can do for you.

I've made a couple of brackets that lift the passenger floor boards 2 inches.
