Blinkers stay on??

I just started having an issue with blinkers staying on. Thought is was a corroded bulb so I replaced it, still no blinking, neither side work, could it be a relay, and does anyone know where it would be located? 2000 Nomad.

Probably a bad flasher.

If its the same as a 05 it's under the rt. side cover.
