Purchased Ultimate seat w/ backrest

I just ordered an ultimate seat with backrest from eBay.
I am hoping i really like it.

If not, I think I got enough of a deal that I can put it back on eBay and come out alright.

I like that you can order all the parts separately for the ultimate.
If I like my seat and backrest, then I can purchase the passenger seat and sissy bar pad later on down the road after my pocket book recovers...

For those who have tried an ultimate seat on your nomad, what did you think about it?

Way better than mustang. Best seat I've owned.
Wife agrees on passenger set up also.

If you have a voyager the backrest will not work with the Kawasaki passenger seat. I also bought the whole set up this year and i like it better then the original and i can't ride without the backrest installed or i will soon get lower back pain. I'm addicted to the back rest.

That sounds promising! I hope it fits me well. The anticipation is killing me....

My wife will probably also kill me when she sees it on my bike without a passenger seat lol. Maybe I can hide it from her for a little while

I got my seat last night and put it on.
I ended up going for a ride after dinner.

180 miles, and my butt wasn’t killing me. This seat is a huge improvement.
I was in pain after 60miles on the stock seat.

I’m very pleased. Thank you everybody for sharing your experiences with this seat.

Glad it is comfortable and an improvement. Nothing worse than dropping a pile of money and not being satisfied with the results!
