De-winterized, Nomad back in service
I configured the Nomad as solo this time and went for a short ride yesterday. The motor pulled hard and accelerated with a pleasing roar.

Thank you all for the comments and suggestions. I think that pre-2009 Nomads are Kawasaki's best looking bikes. Vaqueros prove the point.
And I don't mean to offend other Vulcan owners. And yes, I'm biased also  .Anyways, I rode in to work today, despite the rain, what a sensation to ride this bike. It'll be my 4th year with Nomad (bought new in Feb. '09) and she fulfilled all my needs: commuting, escaping from work, chasing the sun, hanging out with my wife and traveling far and wide. Looking forward to the new riding season and wondering where Nomad and Suzi will take us this Summer.

Also, we have plans to visit family and friends overseas. In short, there are too many variables that come in to play for Summer 2012.
