Welcome, Jack from South Central Ohio (Washington Court House/ Greenfield). If we're not carefull, those of us from God's Country (Ohio) are going to overwhelm the Texas bunch in numbers! (ya, right). If spring ever gets here, give me a PM and maybe we can get together and ride. We've got some nice hills and twisties in southern Ohio.

Hi everyone, it is almost overwhelming the support in this group! Thanks for the warm welcome and I do look forward to seeing and eventually riding with some of you!

I don't know if I would make it to the National rally this year, but do the different regions get together much? I am close to a number of them and would look into one I am sure! I'll be watching out for them if you do.

Color choice: not much choice as i couldn't find too many other colors tp look at but I was glad I got one of the faster ones, just have not had a chance with temps in single digits here to see it happening

I did add one comfort mod, a mustang seat, more for the backrest than anything not to mention it felt like I sank into the seat when I sat on it. Spoiled myself I hope with that one!

I saw a number of people looking at the RLAP video and I did get one. Going a step further and will take a ride to MI for the class as soon as they get one scheduled. Only ~ 200 miles from here and a nice ride through a part of Ohio I haven't been in for a while. I don't think I'll be able to muscle the Nomad around as i have my other bikes and besides, get a discount on insurance for the class!
