Hey Dave, I don't appreciate your snide remarks about my intelligence.
You wouldn't be so mean if you knew my situation as a child.

I was a straight A student up till the 6th grade. Pa worked the family farm and Ma did the neighbors laundry to make food money.
Well the crops failed and the farm was repossessed so we lived in a cave in at the top of a mountain for the summer. Needless to say the school bus didn't make pickups at the mountain top so I had to walk the 16 miles to the one room school. That is 16 miles one way,up hill, both ways.
Well it got cold up on the mountain in the winter so we packed up and went to the city. I had to quit school because we had moved.
No jobs in the city so Pa robbed a bank and got caught and that left me and Ma to fend for ourselves.
Ma tried the laundry thing again but all the highfalutin folks in the city had them there fancy washin' machine things.
We applied for some government money and halleluiah the nice people gave us so much help Ma never had to work again.
We got ahold of the people from the innocence project and somehow they got Pa out of jail and the government gave him money too.
We lived high on the hog after that and I figured what the hell, if the government was going to give us money to sit home who the heck needed an education.
I didn't go back to school and the nice government people take money from those people who want to work and give it to people like us who would rather sit home and watch the soaps on the TV.
So make fun of my education if you must, but who goes to work everyday and who sits home and does what he wants, when ever he wants.

Now I feel small.

All this time I thought you had any uncle that one day was out hunting for some food, when up from the ground came that bubbling crude.

Thanks for setting me straight and before our Dear Leader makes me, I apologize.

Sorry Dave, I have to admit he's got you there. You and me both.

Speaking of doing what I want, I'm taking a demo on a Road King this Saturday. It is only a 15 min ride but I have never even sat on a HD so I figure what the hell.

That's interesting. Keep in mind a RK feels different than other tourers by HD. They all feel somewhat different from each other. Hopefully it will be setup to fit you also...

And don't come back on the site and say you are too cramped! . You are going to feel "tighter" than on the Nomad. The Nomad sprawls you all out, so anything is just about going to feel tight at first.

I don't know of anyone that rode an HD that finally didn't get used to the tighter feel.

Just saying TC...

Oh yeah... If the bug bites you... Just grit your teeth and sign the papers. The pain eventually goes away. I'll take any free t-shirts that don't fit you!
