No problem buddy. I'm following this discussion too. I ordered my LED running/brake lights last night . I went with the Mutazu's (link below). I'll post a pic when installed. I'm ahead of the game here because I used to have a side mounted license plate with running/brake lights so i already have the connector wired in under the seat. Should be a snap to run wires from each bag up to that connector. I am going to install additional connectors at the bags though foe easier bag removal.

Good deal. I like the lights the silent Sam has but I'm sure I won't find them. I did click on the link you sent earlier. Just gotta find a set now.

I found a pair of those old car lites on line last night but they were original, not replicas, and between the purchase price and cost of haveing them rechromed it would come to a lot more than what i want to spend on this.
If you like the mini tombstones they can be found new on Ebay but your looking at about $140...again more than i want to put into it.

I Bought mine off the web...go to google search and type in SHINY-HINEY

I went out and took a couple photo's...shop lights retarded my flash sensor so forgive the dark photo's !

NOTE:.. the 4 prong plugs include the odd one=Ground (to your system ground..so you wont have flickering problems)

To "secure" the side attached to the bike..I pop-rivited/you can see the pop-rivits..a strip of light metal strap -think plumbers tape- bent to shape over the reciever plug..keeping the feet of the strap about 1/16th inch short of fitting all the way over the plug...when I tightened the pop-rivit down it clamped the plug in place..so it wont 'push-out' when you plug in ! (a shallow lip bend, to fit over the back edge of the plug will also help to keep it from moving around)

^^^^^^^
Looks like the perfect location and a good way to "lock" the plug in place. I beleave I'll use the 'Silent Sam hardbag light wiring quick disconnect mod'
Thanks for taking the time to post the pic

If anyone is interested I paid $39 each for mine
Do a Google search. I got them from J&P Cycles.

If I was doing it again...I think some classy-stainless screws, would be worth the investment..instead of "pop-rivit's" !
