I have one MS rolling frame, and a MS 1500 engine in parts.

Anyone interested?

I'm looking forward to some 400+ days in the saddle on the Vulcan. Done many similar rides on my BMW R1200RT and I'm curious if the riding position of a cruiser may be better for me (never owned/ridden a big cruiser with floorboards before). All my previous bikes, including the three BMWs I still own and ride, all cause a tight spot in my lower left back, sometimes within 30 miles into the ride. My VN1600 has handgrips that position my hands slightly higher than my elbows when riding.

This time next year, I'll have 2nd gear fixed in my 1600, and the Nomad bags mounted along with a frame mounted fairing. I'm thinking 400+ days on the Russell Day Long saddle will be easy to do. May ride to the Black Hills next year. Could even build a custom single wheel trailer to tow behind the 1600.
