Their customer service/warranty is phenomenal as well. I have the magnetic plate to hold my radar detector and I over tightened the screws on the receiving side. They mailed a new one out within a day after submitting a request online. I also have the X-grip for my phone and the rubber tips that grip the phone started coming off. Sent another request for new ones and they arrived by the end of the week. Both scenarios, no questions asked.

Great to know, I just bought another swivel part. Saved the ball part for later. 1 Screw holds the whole thing on to the ball part. And now it has Blue Loctite on the new one. Although I never lost the one on the other bike after 9 years.
Not a fan of the phone mount. The "X" part always hits a button on the phone or looks like it will fall off when off the buttons. Can not win there.

I have had a Barefoot Willies for over 20 years and moved it from bike to bike ( 13 different bikes). This cup holder has lasted for 300,000 miles and been through 2 wrecks. Still going strong.
