I Ran Into These Two

Yesterday the weather finally cleared up and was perfect for riding.
I met up with David and Lyn in Talihina for a ride across Talimena Drive.
Lyn was on her new spyder. Good seeing you two. See ya soon in Salem.

It was another great ride. Lyn and I left Piedmont at 6:30 yesterday morning and met up with Dave about 11:00 in Talihina. It was sunny and in the upper 70's with light winds. Just gorgeous considering it rain most of last week. Well the ride was pretty much uneventfull and a little slow with Lyn getting use to the bigger Spyder which keep Dave and I in check. We did have some sport bikers blast by us on a down hill blind corner. I thought to myself as the last one got close to the corner " he's going to die" about that time he rocketed around the corner and we never saw them again. We stopped a couple more time including the Wilhelmina lodge and then headed on to Mena. Lyn and I headed to Poteau for the night and Dave headed home. It was a great weekend to be on our bikes 550 miles round trip.
