Welcome aboard, I would suggest 4 things, 1) Clean your throttle body and butterflies, 2) lube both throttle cables, 3) use some carb cleaner to clean the throttle linkage, and 4) check for vacuum leaks.

mine does that too in the cool weather until it is thoroughly warmed up, in my case its the cold idle solenoids keeping the idle a little higher.
