Finale Dinner: What should we have?

Okay everyone... We've got a decision to make.
We will have a buffet finale dinner at "The Skillet" restaurant located inside the park. The question is what are we going to eat. We have four options.
We'll take a poll to decide. Whatever gets the most votes is what's for dinner.

1- Catfish Dinner: Catfish, Chicken Strips, Pinto Beans, Hushpuppies, Corn on the Cob, French Fries, Pickled Green Tomatoes and Coleslaw.

2- Ozark Fried Chicken: Fried Chicken, Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes with White Gravy, Green Beans, Cowboy Corn, Fried Okra, Turnip Greens.

3- BBQ Dinner: BBQ Pork, BBQ Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob, Potato Salad, Coleslaw.

4- Roast Beef and Pork Dinner: Roasted Beef, Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Mashed Potatoes with White Gravy, Green Beans, Cowboy Corn, Fried Squash.

---All meals include small salad bar, dinner rolls and cornbread, dessert and soft drink.---

The cost will be $16.75 per person. Tax and Tip are included in this price.

Because I'll have to pay for the number meals I tell them we'll need, the dinner will need to be paid for in advance.
Payment can be made in the same way as the rally shirts.
Either through Paypal at account nomad2006@live.com or by check. PM for address.
I will need payment by 6/10/14. I realize sometimes things happen, but No Refunds after 6/10/14.

But first things first. We need to decide what we want to eat.

Ummm... my wife would prefer catfish, while I would prefer the beef and pork; but the choices appear to be one or the other. I cannot imagine a unanimous decision to choose only catfish though.

I am not going to vote, but rather send you the money and whatever is picked is what it will be. No complaints. I can eat anything when hungry.

Thanks for all the work you are putting into getting this together. I know it can be a lot of work.

We'll just go with the flow with whatever you decide.

EDIT: Sent money to cover the two dinners; plus a small extra amount.

We have about 55bikes coming from what I remember and only 20 people have voted. Teri tell John to get on here and vote on the poll so it counts. Unless Dave just counts his vote.

I hate t0 be a wet blanket, but I am not real excited about that menu? I know that semi vegan people are a pain so rather than wine about it, is it possible that we could join in the closing festivities but skip dinner?
