Pool Problem

I wanted to pass this along. Jimmie from park has informed me that due to construction
on the roof at the lodge the pool may be closed during our visit.
They are putting a gable roof over the current flat roof.
I don't know why this construction wasn't done when the Folk Center was closed.

But the park is operated by the state and the decisions made by the state often confuse me.
Hopefully construction will be completed by the time we arrive.

That's it... cancel the whole rally. We cannot tolerate such nonsense!!!

I'm all in favor of your outline to eat, sleep, ride, and repeat, BUT.......you didn't allow time and space for the important things. When are we supposed to Belch, Fart, and Scratch?

Well I was bringing my grandson, he's nine and access to the pool was big in our plans. Are there alternative lodging they can arrange so we can have pool as part of our lodging or are they going to give us significant discounts to offset this change?

Mountain View is a tourist town. There are other motels.
I think you can find one that has rooms available and a pool.
Keep in mind that the work may be completed by the time we arrive.

Good O'l Government work...come in late...take off early to make up for it....hurry and wait....don't finish the project to soon...4 supervisors 2 workers........lol.. 20 years in the Air Force and did a lot of Hurry up and wait....hahaha
