Did you look inside the Left Side cover. That's where the PO of mine hide it. Apparently he did not remember putting it there, because when I asked about it he said he never got one.

Unfortunately for me I found it right after I purchased one from the dealer. :-/

That being said, if your's is not there, I have an extra one. How does half price plus shipping sound?
