Missoula-10 Rooms June 13th Updated!

Update: There have only been 2 rooms booked (Kris + Me). If you still need a room they are holding some until the 29th. Schoeney

I booked 10 rooms (all double Queens) at the Best Western 5280 Grant Creek Road. If you prefer a King let them know when you call.

Cost is $120 plus tax for one or two people. $152 for 3 and $161 for 4.

Includes a hot breakfast.

If you want a room just call 1-888-543-0700 and put it under your name. The rooms are currently booked under KawaNow/Greg Schoenkopf.

Rooms are first come first served. If you do book one you can cancel at no charge up to May 10th.

I have never stayed there but do know it is right on the highway and walking distance to some restaurants and at least one "watering hole".

It was recently remodeled.

I hope this makes it easy/flexible for all. See you there!

Booked my room for Missoula. Now is the time guys...get hooked up if you plan to go. Schoeney got us a good savings on rooms from what they usually charge, so lets take advantage of it...

Hey guys,
I think the Canadian boys will be holding up in Helena for the night, and won't be joining you in Missoula. I don't know if there are deposits on the rooms you are holding schoeney.
When I hear how many are joining me and leaving from Calgary I'll be able to book something in Helena MT. What was our next stop that you figured Kris??

I figure on stopping again in Billings on Sunday night the 14th. Helena is too far for us to make comfortably in one day, so Missoula works for us as a first stop. I understand looking at the map why you guys will stay in Helena and we can certainly meet up with you on our way through. I imagine it would probably be sometime around lunch when we do....so maybe we could all get together for a bite and a meet & greet before heading to Billings.

Missoula to Billings is about 350 miles...a nice lazy ride with time to dink around a little. Helena to Billings is only about half of that....so it might not be a big mileage day for you guys if you are kind enough to join us. You guys are certainly welcome to do your own thing if you prefer, but I think it would be great if we could all make that last push together arriving as one big group.

Billings to Custer is also 350 or so.....and would make a great ride for us as one large contingent. Let me know Rick if you need me to re-send you my ride plan.

Looking forward to it for sure and getting my bike ready for the summer too. Working on spotlights right now. Have'em mounted...just need to get'em wired up, hopefully tomorrow! I just ordered my Tour Pack and am really looking forward to getting that bad boy on too...

I am there but did not use 1 of the reserve rooms cause I got a better rate online using a military/federal rate. Where are we staying in Billings?
