Good for you Elvis! It's a struggle for me these days. I try to keep busy and moving and so far manage to maintain,... {to be over weight}... but I wish I could drop about 30 lb's. The Dr. says at 6'" {apparently I've started to shrink. I use to be 6' 1 & 1/2"} I should be 190-195 lbs. If I could get to 200 I'd be happy. I'll have to lose some for sure when I get back to being mobile after the next operation.
Christmas/New Years is a hard time to lose with all the great food flying around, every where you go.
Well there's my problem. According to that formula I should be 7'4" tall.

Thanks Mitch.

Found this link while having lunch :):

To be considered healthy, I should be 162 lbs!

weight loss

Ive been pretty fortunate, I went up to 195 about fifteen years ago, lost about 30lbs after it was a pain to tie my shoes. Ive stayed at about 172 for years now, but growing a beer belly seems to be a lot easier nowadays.

And I weigh 163 lbs now. My weight fluctuated since my first post on the subject but I eventually made it...

Feeling very good about it.

It's hard to take it off. As a reminder every time I go to the gym I pick up two 25 pound barbells and do a quick trip around the gym with them to remind me of that extra weight I carried. I'm working to lose another 20 but it"s real slow going now. Good luck to all trying to lose weight and never give up.

Hey Ya all, I have lost a even 70 lbs since Sept 1, 2011. My goal is an even 100lbs. If I do that I will weigh what I did when I got out of Marine Corps boot camp!

I tore a page out of your book E and have lost 30 lbs. and I'm aiming for another 30. That'll take me to 200 lbs. I just about fell off my feet when I saw 258 Lbs.
Thanks for the inspiration !!
