21" Front Wheel

I've been reading up on 21" front wheel conversions and would like to pull this off without affecting handling. I have seen 6-7 degree rake triple trees that supposedly return to stock geometry...can anyone enlighten me?

Yours looks awesome! One of the ones that inspired me to do it. I definitely don't want to lower the rear of mine but certainly want to either rake or lower the front to get everything level again...just wondering which way to go...
I also removed my front signal bar, has your fender come into contact with the signal bar mounts?

It has not at this point.. But I'm not going to say it never will.. I have about 18000 miles on it this way.. If you put the big wheel in the front and move the forks up 5/8 u don't have to do the tree rake for the 21in..

How did you lower the front? I loosened the bolts but the forks still wouldn't slide up. Is something else holding the forks in there?

Yes there is... The forks have to come right off, so that you can slide the fork covers off, to get to the hidden clamp that holds each of those covers in place. That's the ones to start with... They both need to be moved down the tubes exactly the amount you need the drop, and exactly the same each side.
