We can usually manage without a cooler, the hotels have an ice machine and I usually use the plastic waste basket with a plastic bag. It works for me.

I have a 2 day ride to be there? I really don't know the time on the second day that I will arrive :) Depends on how many miles I do the first day ! But if its thursday that we should be there than I will make it sometime thursday :):) I am thinking Norm (cnc) will be there before me and will get the room opened and beer cold :) Can't wait , although I don't want to rush the summer! It will coma and go fast enough!!!

There is alot of beer talk going on here.
Just so everyone knows, we do not ride after having a beer, and I mean even one beer.
We are saving the drinking for after the riding is done for the day, correct?

I am 100% on board with that. If you guys are planning a meet and greet Thursday as mentioned earlier I hope it is within walking distance or some sort of public transit.

Now with all this talk of beer, did you guys know that Molson has a 10.5% out on the market?

I was thinking of arriving Thursday early afternoon, by the time you get there I'll have the beer opened and the room cold.
