Hyper ? Adjustment Screw

I have a 2000 Nomad Fi 1500cc! I installed the Hypercharger Model #9405.

The butterflies are making a vibrating noise, and are tight.. any Ideas. & also the adjustment screw on the back where are yours set at?

I HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE BUTTERFLYS AND THE VACCUME DIAPRHAM. I FINNALY JUST UNHOOKED THE VACCUME AND EPOXYED THEM IN THE RUNNIG POSITION. CURE ALL MY PROBLEMS. 2006 1600. MAYBY THIS WILL WORK. GOOD LUCK.
