CCS-100 cruise control Help

In Gadgets instructions for wiring the cruise control you're supposed to attach a wire to the only black wire from the ECM. I have 3 wires, 1 is black with a red dots spaced about an inch apart, black with a yellow line and black with a white line. None of the wires are solid black. Has anyone done this install on a 1600 Nomad. I would appreciate any feedback, Thanks Madno

You are referring to the dark blue wire, right? Just connect it to the right side coil, right next to the front jug. Use a "Y" adapter and connect the single end of the "Y" to the coil terminal closest to you (if you're looking at the coil). Connect the dark blue wire and the wire you unplugged from the coil to the other two ends.

Here you go...

Vacuum advance check valve
Part: CRB 2970
Product Line: Echlin Fuel System

Note: I had pasted a link here, but apparently it is only good for a limited period of time. Go to www.napaonline.com and click on "Search NAPA Catalog using PartsPRO SE", enter "CRB-2970" in the search box and select Part Number.

The online price says $9.49, I think I paid a little more than that in the store.

I went to Napa with the part number and they told me this part is no longer availble in Canada through Napa. However the partsmen gave me a cross reference number for a store called Bumper to Bumper and they had one in stock.
