Running lights for back of Bike

The front turn signals also act as a running light. The back turn signals are just that, turn signals! They do not act as a running light.

What can be done to make the back turn signals as a dual light system and also use as a running light?

Or would it be better to add the marker lights, or a pair of bullet lights to the bags? Is there a light bar to add to the back?

Any suggestions to add more light to the back end?
