John at JTD cycle (hard lowers)

I know there is a thread stickied for this topic, but I just wanted to give some credit to John and some GREAT customer service on his product.

Without going into too many details (which I would have to deny everything), all I can say is John has been amazing at providing some extra customer service for me!!!!

Seriously, if you've been on the fence considering picking up these lowers, then do it. John is a great guy and you'll be supporting a good company.
(and the lowers are pretty kick ass too, and they will make your bike look damnHot)

Kudos John!

B.

My bike looks hot, but opening the nice big vents in the lowers prevents it from being too hot!

Couldn't agree more; when I had a problem it was surprising how responsive and supportive John and his lovely wife were...

Blackdog

It appears that your lowers are in much better shape now than in the picture John showed me :) Your secret is safe with me...for a price ;)
