South Central Rally

1st day we took the back roads to Branson Mo. stayed about 1 1/2 hours there and rode North to Ozark Mo. to Lambert's Cafe home of the throwed rolls leaving there rode back roads and took a ferry across Bull Shoals lake http://arkansasroadstories.com/peel.html
and returned to Eureka Springs.

2nd day Friday we had a short ride of about 100 miles so everyone could have the afternoon off to do as they wanted. Friday night we had a cookout consisting of Louisiana gumbo, hamburgers, smoked sausages,BBQ Bologna and potato salad we also had a drawing and gave away some prizes.

3rd day Saturday we had a long and a short ride the long ride was about 230 miles to the Burger Barn and back and the short ride was out to the War Eagle Mill that evening we had a raffle where we gave away some leather vest and Nomad picture frames and other nice gifts and also we gave away 10 envelopes wit $25.00 in each.

Sounds like a great rally sure wish it would have worked out so I could have been with you guys.

This was a great event and our South Central Region Leaders went all out for us. I think everyone was made to feel welcome. If we had another South Central Rally next week, I would be packing my stuff and planning my route.. :)

It looks like a lot of people had a really good time, which seems the norm at these rallies. Ive heard a lot about Eureka Springs, I'll have to get out there some day.

Ring you are always welcome, we are not going to have a region rally next year with the National be so close but in 2012 I am thinking maybe in or around Hot Springs Ar.
