If I had that option I would agree. Trigger pull is so much easier than crushing a windpipe. Harder to defend against too.

Not likely, under current laws it would take a Presidential Pardon. There's an "app" for that, but the questions don't favor those who "did the crime" without reasonable cause. I don't mind though. If I was on the review board and saw my sheet (or one like it) come up, I'd turn me down too.
