BD's Bafflectomy Instructions

I want to do a Bafflectomy on my 06 Nomad. But noticed during reading through the how to and attached links that the size of hole required list 1-3/4" but in another link calls for 2". It also warned about not making the hole to large.
So which is the correct size metal hole saw to use?

Never mind my question on hole saw size, I just found the answer in the Subject "Is the wooden dowel really needed" .

1.75" hole saw ONLY! And if you buy a 1.125" dowel, you just need to wrap a little tape around it, no whittling required.
