Wiring running lights (spot lights)

I've installed running lights from Value Accessories. Reading past posts, Trip's install, as well as Gadget's page, I don't find anyone mentioning that there are two wires coming from each spot light. Should I twist those two wires together and run them to the headlight bucket attaching them to the blue/yellow wire circuit? What are these two wires for? I understand the lights are grounded when attached to the forks. Thanks for the help

Not all running lights have a grounded case. Chances are one of those 2 wires is a ground or, its a long shot, but do your lights have a high and low beam. Ususually lights with 2 beams also have a ground wire with it so most likely one of your wires is a ground. Before you install them, hook a light to a power source, one side +, the other - and see if they light. If they do, you know one is a ground. have fun with your install! :)

I agree with Lomax, one is probably a ground. If you have a battery charger, you can hook one wire to red and one to black and turn it on. The light should come on. if so, you can take the two ground wires from the lights and hook them together and attach them to a good ground on your bike. Hook the two positive wires from the lights together and then hook that to a switched power source and you should be fine. If you find this to be true and there was no diagram, then you might have to contact the manufacturer to find out which wire is ground.
