Gotta Sell My Nomad

Well, I have decided that I need to sell my 2008 Nomad. It's Blue and Silver with 14,101 miles. I bought it new in July 2009, so it has the factory warranty until July 2011 and an extended warranty until July 2014. I also have a pre-paid service plan that includes the 15K service that I will have done before selling the bike. I'm selling because my wife needs more upper body support so we are going to look for a voyager in the Spring. We looked at a trunk for the Nomad, but would rather move to the Voyager. I'm in Tacoma, WA. We are offering it for $7500. Here is the list of extras:

1. Cobra Spotlight Bar
2. Cobra Luggage Rack
3. K&N Air Filter
4. Removable Driver Backrest
5. Kuryakan Grips
6. Kuryakan Highway Pegs
7. Kuryaken Run Turn Brake Light System
8. Additional LED Run Brake Lighting for High Vis
9. Hard Bag Quick Release Bolts
10. Hard Lowers

You bought the bike new in 2010? 14,000 miles? thats alot of miles in two and a half months.

I noticed that mileage also, I figured you almost lived on the bike for the summer. Now it makes a lot more sense.

Good luck with the sale. Have you considered just putting a trunk with a higher backrest on the the back of your Nomad? Several members have them. Quite easy to do. And it would save you quite a bit of money.

We did, but once my wife climbed on the back of the Voyager, all thoughts of a trunk went out the window. So as long as she's driving the checkbook, I guess I'll just have to give in on the Voyager. Bummer, eh?

I would kill to jump all over this deal. However, two problems exists...

1. Gotta sell my '99 G/G Nomad first!! ($4500)
2. Once sold, how am I gonna get your '08 to Texas!!!
