Here on the south coast of England,we had 60mph winds and pissing rain.(We get all the crap that comes across the Atlantic) .It ripped 2 rag bolts out of concrete,and relocated my bike shed.Not an easy fix in the middle of a storm,when you are 3/4 way through a bottle of "Who hit John".
