hit by a stone

On Saturdays ride the wife got hit in the leg by a stone, she said it stung like hell :'(. My 1st. thought was OH my god, if it wasn't for her leg it would of hit the hard bag Now she wants to get chaps, I said good idea, I don't want chips on the bags. She said NO -------! chaps for my legs. After I picked myself up off the floor I said OK! for your legs too.
Now the question, we have textile jackets so how stupid will textile jacket look with leather chaps ???

Get both chaps: for the wife and the bags.

Otherwise, one day she's gonna drag a boot over the bags and scratch them, then you'll smack her, and then she'll smack you, and well you know how expensive divorce is.

I have had stones hit my chaps and gloves several times and was thankful for both each time. Get chaps for your bride regardless of how you think it will look.

I also wear a textile jacket ( Tourmaster Transition ) silver, with chaps all the time and have never thought about what it looks like, but at my age, that's normally something I never think about at least according to my wife.

Thanks wolfman, can count on you for sure. Did you tell your wife to get her gear on to take a quick picture? I told the wife to check out the picture. Her response was "I wish I looked that good" After 25 years I learned to keep my mouth shut Thanks again.

LQQk'n at Wolf's wife, I'd say the textile and leather work well together. I'm sure it'll work for you too..... By way TC, that wasn't much of a limb.....
