Memphis Shades Batwing Fairing

Has anyone tried the Memphis Shades Batawing Fairing on their 1600 Nomad? I am curious about the fit and how the bike rides with a fairing. I don't have the funds to go with a full-blown fairing, but love the way they look. Any info. would be helpfull.

Thanks,
T

Nomadrider, does the Batwing work with risers or is it neccessary to have the handlebars at stock height? I put riser "spacers" on mine to raise them up but....

Radco, I have looked at the reckless fairing and I like it. But, to get it, paint it, and have the stereo installed, I would still be looking at between 850.00 and 1000.00. If I am mistaken in that the one available for 350.00 does not come with the radio or paint but is primer gray. Is that right?

Talon I have 2" risers on my handle bars and did not have to remove them .The fairing fit fine with no problems.

I have the Phat II risers with the Reckless fairing and have about 1/4" clearance between the radio face and risers. Love the fairing, no handling problems. I bought a different radio than Alex offers. It looks like the one he offers may interfere with the 4" risers. Someone may want to weigh in on this observation. I spent about $800-$850 on everything: radio, speakers, hidden antenna and 2 tone paint with pin striping.
