We used to have a diner called "OLD COOTER'S". All the waitresses were in there 50's and 60's. Best damned pie around.

Actually, beaver is great when prepared properly. Lots of butter, garlic and red onions with a touch of savory spice. Don't forget the red wine. Although I'm wondering if Montreal spice would be good as well. If you marinate the beaver correctly its always good.
