I'd do a set tomorrow but I think it would put my hands above the guards on my batwing. Mine's laid back farther than Jared's. Part of the reason for getting the BW was to have my hands behind it.

By these two photos looks like Jared's hands are still covered for the mostpart.

Definitely do like those bars.

How much taller do you think they ended up being over the stock bars?

The bars are about lined up the with the top of my fairing. Still provides plenty of protection, but probably not quite as much as the OEM bars.

Sorry about the above post. I was in edit mode and kept changing my question around. Sometimes I get carried away.

Are those made specifically for metrics Jared? I was looking at some (same style) a month or two ago and all the ones I looked into had the knurls at a HD spacing. You'd have to buy their risers and clamps etc to make em work. It got really expensive when you added all that stuff up.

$110.00? That's a really great price for a bolt on ready set of bars if that's the case.

I'd think, as long as you have part of the knurling under the risers/clamps, you'd be alright. I like the looks of those on a Harley but the base seems a bit wide without all the extra plastic. Still looks good.

They are spaced for a HD, but fit PERFECTLY for my 1600 Nomad. No swapping out the risers. Outside to outside is 5".

I can't find the ebay seller where I bought mine, but here is another seller for the same-ish price. http://www.ebay.com/itm/SANTEE-CHROM...#ht_1452wt_754

I'm hoping they don't sit too high over the fairing, I'd still like to have my hands protected from the wind somewhat.

It looks like I'd have to remove my risers also, or they may sit too high, I don't have the stock clamps anymore, so its probably something else I'd have to pick up.

Vaquero bars are 1 1/4". Nomad (at least pre-'09) are 1".
