I would too but I think the price tag on the 3 parts would KILL me.... I know Robin (the wife) would. :-)

Good deal for you though. Enjoy.

I told ya brother ;). Thats why I had my bike Bak, PCIII, V&H pipes. The difference is huge. I knew you would like it. Everyone who does it says what you did. I know i was floored by the difference. Enjoy. Just watch your milage drop though when you ride it a bit hard compared than before...

I got mine installed and you're right, major difference. What they didn't do was any dyno pulls because the guy installing was an idiot. I'm going in Monday for some dyno pulls and then I expect to see even more of a difference.

hey doc when i get a chance i will come by and show it off

swb the barrons is a high flow air filter and kit to do away with the left side air cleaner and tunnel and brings in massive amounts of cool air from the right side thats the best way to describe it i think

Jump on and grab something and hold on tight stella ................

BAK - Baron's Big Air Kit...simple explanation is it allows for more and cooler air to the intake.

V&H pipes - Vance and Hines Dual Bagger Exhaust - sound incredible and allow for less restriction and better out flow of the exhaust phase when you have opened up the intake. (remember the 4 cycles of a 4 cycle engine....suck (intake)/squeeze (compression)/bang (ignition)/blow (exhaust) now SWB will remember it forever )

PCIII - Power Commander III made by Dynojet is a computer module that plugs into your stock ECM that reconfigures the fuel/air ratio and provides for higher performance than the stock settings.

you dont just have to have a power commander - I use a TFI, some say it works better. I just know it works. Cobra also has a digital fuel management system. Mine only cost me 150 bucks. and its a must if your going to use a modified air kit. all off them are worth the money. once you install one hangon

what a difference

I've got V&H, PC III, and the round air kit using the stock cover on both sides (see Gadget's "Stealth Air Intake"). I also got the Power Commander Hub and LCD display which allowed me to have 2 fuel maps - one for mileage and one for power. The LCD display also shows real speed, RPM's, gear position, throttle position and other info. Big difference in performance and lots of fun to play with.

Okay King, now I'm interested. Tell me more about the LCD display. Is that an option with the PCIII and how much did it cost. How much difference in mileage do you see between the two settings and how difficult is it to change between the two? Sorry for all of the questions at one time. INPUT need INPUT.
