Surges for 2016 is August 8th - 14th

It starts to get busy at least 2-3 weeks prior to Sturgis. The week before the MT gathering would be 3-weeks prior to its beginning.

I would like to have another ride in WI, maybe more to the East from from the MS river so we could ride through some of the Baraboo Hills area, old farm country, rolling hills. And of course, take routes along the Mississippi and Wisconsin rivers.

Gibby and Cal may have something to consider if SD doesn't work out this year.

Cal wanted to do a fall-ride this year, so it might be a time to check it out...

If you guys are looking to have it in the Wisconsin area the Best Western is a nice hotel in Tomah. Rooms are clean and affordable and it's in a good location. Stayed there recently with my Family.

If you guys do something in the Black Hills/Custer area and it is at the end of the week that precedes the Sun-Thurs gathering in Red Lodge Montana I'd be there, It would need to leave a day or two to explore between the two areas. Perhaps Wens,Thurs,Fri and check out Sat AM??? So that a guy could arrive at Red Lodge Sunday in afternoon? Am Just thinking out loud.
