Nomad 1600 new SEeastern region leader

With the advent of Kawgirl being name CPD, I asked coacha and nomad1600 who would like to be SEastern leader.

Aaron let me know that he wanted to be the leader. So, as of today, Nomad1600 will be the Leader and Coacha will continue to be the ARL for the Southeast region.
