So my local shop wants 320.00 for the labor to swap the pipes out. Said it's a 4 hour job. Is he right or does that seem a little high?

I'd say it's on the high side. Takes me about 1/2 hr to remove all of the exhaust system from my Voyager.

I'm not familiar with those pipes to know if there is something special about the install, other than being duels. But from their website they just look like a simple install.

it's not hard at all, I'd say do I yourself all you need is basic hand tools and new exhaust gaskets.
