Couple Small Mods

here are a couple of my latest mods. The Key cover Idea I got from Jared at the last rally in Estes. I just changed it up some. The license plate bolts I saw on Ebay for $18 a set (2) !! These cost me $5 (tube of epoxy) for all four. They are made from some old 12ga. shotgun brass and some 1/4" bolts.

Looks good Dave, I just hope the key don't pop out going down the road when you hit a pot hole.

When a LEO sees those does that give him "probable cause" to search your bags and pat you down.

Maybe in the People's Republic of New York, Tim. I doubt they'd give it a second thought in Big Sky Country.

When's Cuomo going to kick you out of there?

No LEO's in Montana. Only Sheriffs or Marshals?

Shit Dave! I wish I could dog you but when it comes to machine work I am not worthy! I'd like something like that for my Victory. The key just hanging there looks kind of dorky. Beautifully done.

He is really trying but Cindy has a job she really likes and she took a big chance getting it. I can't ask her to leave it. Not sure I would move anyway. I'm a glutton for punishment.

I don't think any law officers here would give it a second glance. Besides, I don't run into many here anyway. Cops here seem to target the out of staters anyway .

As an LEO I woud simply compliment the owner on the quality of work!! Nice stuff...we have bigger issues to deal with in today's world than messing with a hard working rider just trying to make his or her ride look nice!! At least that's good for Kansas anyway....
